Local leaders in South Bay San Diego are continuing to ask for help with the Tijuana River sewage crisis. New data reveals just how bad the problem is. This has led the South Bay Union School District and Sweetwater Union High School District to limit outdoor activity for their students because of how much gas they could be breathing in when they go outside.
