For people living with disabilities finding employment can be challenging. In this Zevely Zone, I met a SeaWorld photographer making a big splash. "1,2,3. Smiles," said Israel Valdez. Becoming a photographer at SeaWorld was a dream come true for him. "Alright, got a big group here," said Israel. The 27-year old San Diegan who lives with autism says landing his first job ever took years of struggle. "There's just a lot of steps that I am not used to but there's a first time for everybody you have to learn these things," said Israel. He was hired with the assistance of the non-profit organization Toward Maximum Independence known as TMI.
