Description
The San Diego Foundation is working to build a better sustainable community and the Environmental Protection Agency recognized that and recently awarding the non-profit a $20 million grant.
This is a joint initiative with the Environmental Health Coalition to fund climate-resilient projects in San Diego's central historic barrios.
The underserved communities in San Diego County that will benefit from this grant include: Logan Heights, Stockton, Grant Hill, Mount Hope, Sherman Heights, Southcrest and Shelltown.
