The San Diego City Council is expected to approve a new curfew at a park in Del Cerro. This comes after neighbors saw an increase in underage drinking and illicit activities at the park. Neighbors said cars lined up along Pasatiempo Park where they'd see underage kids drinking, doing drugs and leaving a whole lot of trash behind. "This was really a spot for people to drink, smoke pot and do over things they shouldn't be doing," said Cindy who lives in the area.
