Description
November 20, 1986 Out with the old, in with the new. It was the end of an era for the San Diego Police Headquarters historic building. They moved to its current location in 1987. Dave Cohen and photojournalist Dana Levin toured the old facility and explored the history of the building that served the community since 1939.
