Legal action is mounting after a sinkhole opened up in front of a La Jolla Condo Complex. Several homes on Gilman Drive slid off of their foundation after underground pipes collapsed. Twelve condos remain red tagged, but the enormous sinkhole has been filled in. It was last October when the Earth gave way, opening up a sinkhole 80 feet wide and 40 feet deep in front of the La Jolla Terrace Condo Complex. "The whole building was shaking the whole time, it was horrible. Horrible," said Kyle Voors, who was forced to move out.
