People in southeast San Diego's Mount Hope neighborhood are calling on the city to revamp the area's only park, saying they've been dragging their feet for years. Neighbors tell CBS 8 they've been promised improvements at Dennis V. Allen Park, including a new recreation center for years, but not much has changed. "This is our home,” said Charles Alexander.
