The City of Carlsbad is taking action over a so-called hoarder house in a neighborhood off of Carlsbad Village Drive. It's been an ongoing issue. The City of Carlsbad has given the property owner multiple violation notices. The woman who owns the condo here was warned about the accumulation of trash and its potential health and safety concerns. "It's been a concern for neighbors over a longer course of time," said neighbor Kyle. Kyle moved in next door a year and a half ago. He shares a wall with the property that the city of Carlsbad is now trying to put into receivership. "Potential hoarding is what I've heard. People are here time to time checking on the neighbor.
