Description
Residents near Downtown San Diego want an encampment with dozens of bikes cleaned up. They've filed reports but haven't had any luck. CBS 8 is Working for You to find out how to get the encampment cleared out.
The encampment is in Sherman Heights just off I-5 and the Island Avenue bridge. Residents say they've contacted the city, police and highway patrol but haven't made any progress.
"I actually drive past there all the time and it doesn't matter if you're out there at five in the morning, 7 p.m. or 8 p.m. at night it's constant," said Krystle Talbot, an East Village resident.
