San Diego police have arrested a 22-year-old man for sexual assault and burglary that occurred at a Linda Vista home last week in a release sent out Monday morning. SDPD arrested Alejandro Jose Confesor on Sunday evening in the Linda Vista area for lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14 with force, sex crime with specific circumstances, assault with intent to commit rape or other sex acts during residential burglary, burglary, and trespassing. So far, police have not uncovered a criminal history, San Diego Police Department Lt. Michael Swanson said.
