Residents in Mission Hills and Hillcrest are raising concerns after a man was seen carrying an axe and going up to neighbors' doors over the weekend. He was caught on camera knocking on people's doors in the middle of the night. "I saw the images and the ring camera videos. It was very jarring and scary," said Sophie, a Mission Hills resident. People say they've also seen him on the doorsteps of residences near Washington and Dove Street in Hillcrest "Poking around and walking around carrying an axe. I know carrying an axe isn't illegal you can do that but it is frightening. A lot of the neighbors are concerned," Vincent said.
