Description

One person is dead and two more were injured in an "active shooter event" in El Cajon Thursday, El Cajon police said. The two other victims were transported to the hospital. Police responded to the shooting at a dental office on the 400 block of North Magnolia Avenue shortly after 4 p.m. Multiple police cars were on scene as officers searched the area.
