A group of seniors is proving that age is just a number. Every Wednesday, they gather at Unscripted Learning the non-profit spin-off of National Comedy Theatre in San Diego-- to participate in an improv class called Active Minds. Led by NCT cast member Dave George, the Active Minds class aims to keep seniors mentally sharp and active. The games played in the class allow participants to put their minds to work while having fun and challenging themselves. There are no right or wrong answers in improv, and the class emphasizes the importance of not taking oneself too seriously.
