Description
Carolyn Carr lives on 33rd Street and took CBS 8 on a tour of her Mountain View home and backyard. She showed us the chair lift that her 94-year old mother had been stuck on for two hours while their home started to flood.
Carr told us that she hasn’t received any help from the City yet and has hired a flood service company herself, who showed up Wednesday to start cleaning her property.
Carr also noted that previously she had asked the City several times about about inadequate storm drainage and the lack of maintenance.
