CBS 8 is marking our 75th year in broadcasting. In celebration we will air some of our favorite throwbacks every Thursday until our birthday on May 16th. We begin with one of our legendary talents, Larry Himmel. He had a remarkable career here for 35 years. We lost him to pancreatic cancer in 2014. For our 65th birthday that year he did a series of reports. This one is an overview of our station’s history.
