A neighbor's security camera caught what appears to be Johnny Soto pulling out of his garage in San Ysidro around 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday night. He then walks over to his estranged wife's car and puts her keys on the windshield before getting back in his truck and pulling away. Johnny and Melissa Soto haven’t been seen since. “My brother wouldn't hurt his wife,” said Johnny’s sister Christina Sandoval. “He loves her and he loves his kids. I think they just went for a drive and are stuck in the mud. I don't know.” Christina Sandoval says it all started around 9 p.m on Wednesday night when Johnny asked his son, Vincent, to leave their home so he could talk with Melissa - who had moved out of the house over the summer.
