The Port of San Diego is one step closer to allowing Topgolf to build a venue along the waterfront on East Harbor Island. The commissioners approved a term sheet with Topgolf. Now that it's approved, a lease agreement can be drafted for consideration by the board sometime next year. The estimate on the project cost is $61 million.
