Our industrialized food system produces food as cheap as possible despite the devastating impact on our environment. But the solution is just below our feet. At Coastal Roots Farm, they practice regenerative agriculture, prioritizing soil health and drawing carbon out of the atmosphere. Coastal Roots Farm believes in "Tikkun Olam" (healing the world), an ancient Jewish concept that reminds us of three things: 1) this world CAN be repaired; 2) humans have the capacity to repair; and 3) this is the only world we get.
