The San Diego City Council is expected to vote on Mayor Todd Gloria's "Housing 2.0" plan Monday after hearing from dozens of members of the public. As of Monday afternoon, 82 people were signed up to comment on the plan in-person. Members of the public can also comment online. According to the mayor's office, Mayor Gloria's Housing Action Package 2.0 aims to bring more housing by creating policies that make it easier and faster to build homes.
