A teenage boy arrested for a shooting inside a restaurant in Otay Ranch appeared in court for the first time Wednesday. The 15-year-old boy, whose name is not being released, was arraigned on eight charges, including attempted murder. Those charges stem from a shooting that happened Oct. 28 inside Novo Brazil Brewery, located in the Otay Ranch Town Center. CBS 8 obtained surveillance video captured that night. The video shows people running through the restaurant as customers duck for cover.
