A woman was found dead in a submerged car in Mission Bay near Seaworld, officials said. San Diego Lifeguards responded to a water rescue call around 3:11 p.m. after a fisherman spotted the submerged vehicle in the water. Police discovered the woman's body inside and are working to pull the car out. San Diego police officials said the car was about 50 yards out and 15 feet deep.
