The Playing with Fire monthly grilled dinner series is heating things up at The Lodge at Torrey Pines in La Jolla – hosted on the patio of The Grill at Torrey Pines, overlooking the Torrey Pines Golf Course.
This is San Diego’s ultimate patio party, taking advantage of the warm weather and panoramic backdrop of Torrey Pines at sunset. Each month Executive Chef Kelli Crosson and Chef de Cuisine Ryan Dzierzawski step out of the kitchen and pair up with some of San Diego’s hottest chefs for an interactive outdoor grilling session.
They serve up juicy proteins (like tri-tip steaks, chicken, duck, whole ocean trout, and banana leaf-wrapped opah), roasted vegetables, and hearty sides straight from the flames of The Grill’s outdoor wood-burning grill & rotisserie.
Each Playing with Fire event also features a local brewery. Cool and refreshing craft brews pair perfectly with wood-fired dishes!
