Everyone knows how hard it is to buy a home in San Diego and this can be especially hard for our community heroes working often for a lower salary. However, there is a program here in San Diego County that helps First Responders (and other community heroes) buy and sell homes with large commission rebates — It’s called the “Thank You Heroes Home Rebate Program.” The program is available to all our First Responders (police, fire, EMTs, etc.) as well as healthcare workers, military and educators. The no-cost program allows those eligible to receive up to a 30% commission rebate when they buy or sell a home. The team behind Thank You Heroes believes that education is the best route to homeownership for this audience who may feel home purchases are out of reach.
