Doatnut is a farm-to-finger healthy donut shop. It's made from gluten-free oat groats that they source directly from a gluten-free oat farm in Wyoming. They watch the growth progression of the oats in real-time as the grower sends weekly videos and pictures of the fields. Once the oat groats (the most intact form of an oat) are harvested and tested for gluten they are shipped directly to the store where they mill it into fresh oat flour. They use the fresh flour that we mill daily as the base of our doatnut. Hence, the name "Doatnut."
