The Downtown San Diego Lions Club, through its Welfare Foundation, provides scholarship assistance to students graduating from Hoover, Garfield, Kearny, Lincoln, Monarch, Touissant, Twain, Gompers, and San Diego High Schools. These high schools are in the geographical operating area of the Downtown San Diego Lions Club scholarship assists graduates in pursuing education at a college, community college, or vocational school of their choice.
