Anchoring Liberty Public Market’s newly-expanded footprint, Kebab Craft is centered around familiar Mediterranean-Middle Eastern favorites with a California flair. The menu offers an approachable lineup of build-your-own staples, including plates, bowls and pitas, alongside standalone chef signatures such as the Cali Kebab and Loaded Pita Chips. Behind Kebab Craft, Shannon and Paul, the entrepreneurial duo who’ve collectively spent more than a decade in the hospitality landscape. Shannon handles the day-to-day operations while Paul puts his Parisian culinary training to good use as executive chef and taps into heirloom recipes from his Middle Eastern heritage. CBS 8 is working with the San Diego Tourism Authority to highlight their 2023-2024 Tourism Accelerator cohort.
