New roads are coming to Rancho Bernardo more than 15 years after the Witch Creek fire damaged them. The Witch Creek Fire burned over 1200 homes throughout San Diego, including 365 in Rancho Bernardo. It also impacted the streets. The fire was so severe some roads melted.
