For the rest of the week, temperatures will continue to stay below average, and the deep marine layer is only allowing for some clearing at the coast. A storm is still on track to arrive early Thursday morning, just in time for the a.m. commute. Rainfall totals could range from .25" at the coast to .50" inland and into the mountains. Conditions will start to dry out by Friday but the marine layer will still deliver some showers. Much drier and even warming conditions can be expected from the weekend into early next week.
