Description

San Diego Police and Fire are investigating the discovery of a body that was found floating on Otay Lake Reservoir on Wednesday, April 5. According to San Diego Fire-Rescue, it was a US Customs and Border Protection agent who spotted the body around noon. Lt. Rick Romero said the body was an adult male. He said the body was badly decomposed and it appeared that it had been in the water for quite some time.
