Dry weather kicks off the new week across San Diego County but it will be short-lived as yet another 'atmospheric river' will send heavy rain and strong wind our way, impacting southern California from late Tuesday through Wednesday. Monday began with low cloud development west of the mountains, leading to pockets of fog and even a light misting/drizzle before partly cloudy skies will prevail by Monday afternoon through early Tuesday.
