There have been 80 mass shootings in the U.S. this year. The Sheriff's Emergency services unit explains how you can be prepared if this ever happened. The Sheriff's Department provides a free training to businesses and places of worship and give recommendations regarding their evacuation procedures. We were told by the congregation of the Chabad of Poway that the training we provided to them helped during the synagogue shooting in 2019 especially in distracting the suspect so he couldn't reload and hurt more people.
