Hansol Hong, Louann Cormier and some girls in the competition talked about the importance of STEM education and they even gave a drone demo! February 11 is International Day of Women & Girls in Science. Robolink has partnered with the REC Foundation to host the National Aerial Drone Competition this Spring. We will have three girls from e3 High School, possibly a fourth, who are all participating in the aerial drone competition qualifier this Saturday (at UCSD). This student aerial drone competition is a regional qualifier for the national competition later this spring.
