We get a sneak peek into the annual San Diego Chinese New Year Fair that is taking place this Saturday and Sunday. For the 40th Anniversary, there will be a special Saturday night concert from 5pm-7pm, featuring local favorite singer/songwriter Terry Matsuoka, Los Angeles up and coming pop star AZRA, and headliner Katherine Ho, who sang the Chinese version of Coldplay's "Yellow" on the hit movie "Crazy Rich Asians."
