After a strong atmospheric river dumped heavy rain and mountain snow on the West Coast, including San Diego, more wet weather can be expected this week. The heaviest rain and snow impacted Northern California, which is staying soaked tonight with another system closing in. With the recent storm system, we saw more an inch of rainfall across the county. This is significant for us because daily rainfall averages are around a few hundredths of an inch, enough to get the roads slick.
