The 60-mile journey continued on San Diego's coastline as hundreds walked one step closer in the fight for funding for resources and research. The San Diego 3-Day began on November 18, ending on November 20 this year. The journey is 60 miles along the Pacific Coast Highway, weaving through Del Mar, Torrey Pines and Mission Bay. The first day began with an inspirational Opening Ceremony and then participants spent the day walking along the Pacific Coast Highway through Del Mar, Torrey Pines and Mission Bay. Friday and Saturday nights will be spent in an outdoor camp, in the embrace of the dedicated 3-Day community, sharing stories, eating meals together and making new friends. On Sunday, Nov. 20, all participants will take part in a Closing Ceremony celebrating the event, remembering those we have lost, and honoring those who are in the fight of their lives.
