November 12, 2007 Like many other fire victims, our Larry Himmel spent the weekend sifting through the remains of his house. And while he searched through the ashes, he discovered something of real value. Friends and family helped in the search--including several CBS 8 colleagues, anchor Heather Myers, photojournalists Bruce Patch--he was with him when he discovered his home burning--Ron Johnson, Erik Swanson, and Colleen Murphy.
