Marci Davis from San Marcos High School talked about the trip of a lifetime she was given and what it means to get such an honor. San Marcos Unified teacher, Marci Davis, has recently been named a winner of the Top 100 Teachers Contest presented by Norwegian Cruise Lines. Marci Davis, Anatomy & Healthcare teacher at San Marcos High School, will set sail on October 27th, after being nominated by a student, and voted for by San Marcos High School staff. After the voting period, Davis was informed that she was in the top 30 out of over 10,000 nominations and had won a place on the top 100 list as well as the Vacation Giveaway on the inaugural voyage of the new Norwegian Prima to the Yucatan. During the upcoming Mexican cruise, Davis will find out if she was one of the top 3 finalists selected for a possible Grand Prize, including up to $25,000 for her high school.
