There are seven propositions on the November ballot. Propositions 26 and 27 are making history, as more than $450 million have been poured into campaigns for and against them so far. Native American tribes are battling gambling companies for control over what could be another multi-billion dollar industry, but ads for and against the propositions are bringing up other questions.
