SAN DIEGO FILIPINO FILM FESTIVAL
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 13 TO TUESDAY, OCTOBER 18
AMC OTAY RANCH TOWN CENTER
San Diego Filipino Cinema, a 501c3 non-profit organization is proud to present the 2nd San Diego Filipino Film Festival on October 13-18, 2022. Last year we had 41 films and this year we have 69 films from around the world. We will be hosting filmmakers, writers, producers, sales agents and actors and film creatives coming from different parts of the world. This year will be an expanded film festival with a dance and music festival BARYO RISING and a Visions and Voices Panel Discussion on the second and third day of the festival respectively.
Charles Gray is a Filipino Writer & Director from Los Angeles California and is the son of Film Director Frank Quizon Jr. Gray. He is the Director of Content for Character Media, which is an online magazine platform that champions Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in entertainment. Charles has directed music videos, commercials, short form documentaries and is currently working on his first feature film script called, "Velvet Sky," which he recently made a proof of concept short for that is currently in the festival circuit.
The 6-day film festival will be at the AMC theater in Otay Ranch Town Center in Chula Vista.
