With kids returning to school, and stress taking over everyone’s lives, anxiety is on the rise for kids and parents. The National Institute of Health is reporting that 1 out of every 5 adults suffers from anxiety while 1 out of every 3 kids are experiencing the pain 9of anxiety.
My name is Dannie De Novo. I am a happiness coach, a single mom, and the international bestselling author of the book Get in a Good Mood & Stay There. I suffered from anxiety for a large portion of my life, but when I had my daughter, I did not want her to experience that same pain.
