Labor Day weekend is and has always been a boost to tourism in San Diego. Crowds flocked to the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and the beaches. TV 8 went to Lindbergh Field where passengers made their way out of an American Airlines plane outside on the tarmac—a scene we haven’t seen in years. On the roads Dave Cohen told TV 8 viewers to save yourself twenty dollars or so and have an enjoyable weekend by observing the 55 mile an hour speed limit.
