"The memory of the victims remains a central concern for us, including for me personally," declares Carsten Spohr, CEO of Lufthansa, following a ceremony at the cemetery in Vernet (Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, southwestern France), marking 10 years since the deliberate crash of a Germanwings aircraft by its co-pilot, which claimed the lives of 149 passengers and crew members.
