Emergency crews in Sumy help the injured after a Russian missile strike. Almost 90 people were wounded in the strike, including 17 children, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said. The strike hit residential buildings and educational facilities in the north-eastern city that lies close to the Russian border, and the city's acting mayor says a hospital has been affected.
