The Everett Police Department identified a person of interest Sunday in the stabbing of a 13-year-old near a middle school. The person of interest in the Jan. 16 stabbing has been identified as Andrew Freeman. Police are searching for Freeman and asked for the public’s help in locating him. If Freeman is seen, people should call 911 and not approach him.
