Description
The man accused of fatally stabbing a King County Metro bus driver in December pleaded not guilty during an arraignment hearing Monday.
Richard Sitzlack, 53, allegedly stabbed Shawn Yim, 59, during an altercation near the University of Washington on Dec. 18. Sitzlack was arrested a few days later.
A King County judge previously found probable cause to hold Sitzlack in custody for investigation of second-degree murder with a deadly weapon and third-degree assault."
Sitzlack remains in jail on $5 million bail.
