A 15-year-old boy is accused of shooting and killing five of his family members, then staging the scene to appear as if his brother had shot the family, according to charging documents from the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. The suspect in the killings was Mark and Sarah Humiston's 15-year-old son. KING 5 is not naming the suspect as he is a juvenile and has not been charged as an adult. He also has no prior criminal history and remains in custody. The 15-year-old was charged with five counts of first-degree domestic violence murder and one count of first-degree attempted murder with a firearm enhancement on Thursday.
