A 23-year-old man is accused of killing two of his half-brothers near Poulsbo on Wednesday, according to Kitsap County Superior Court. Seth South is charged with two counts of second-degree domestic violence murder for allegedly killing his two teenage brothers, ages 16 and 17, inside the home where they all lived together. Around 3 p.m., Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a home in the 16400 block of Scandia Road Northwest when South reportedly called 911 and told dispatch that his brother slit his own throat, probable cause documents state. In the moments following on the phone call, documents state there was the sound of fighting in the background and then the line went silent. When deputies arrived, they found one of the brothers face down in the kitchen in a pool of blood. Two kitchen knives were found near the brother’s body, documents state.
