A café and small market in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood held its official grand opening during the weekend of Sept. 14 and 15 - coinciding with the start of Hispanic Heritage Month. The LGBTQ+ and Latino-owned business - Bonito Café y Mercadito - is located at 1351 E. Olive Way on a recognizable corner adjacent to Donna's and Pie Bar. Couple and business owners, Ismael and Daniel Calderon, opened the café for their love of community, culture and of course, coffee.
