A hit-and-run that seriously injured a 13-year-old on July 13 may have been intentional, according to information from Bellevue police. Now, police are trying to identify the juveniles who were in the vehicle at the time of the collision in the 9500 block of Lake Washington Boulevard NE. Police were called to the scene around 8:20 p.m. on July 13 where a witness described a silver Hyundai Elantra drive into a bike lane and hit the 13-year-old, who was riding from a park. The witness said it appeared the vehicle deliberately swerved into the victim.
