Description

A large fire burning near Seattle's Georgetown neighborhood has shut down all northbound lanes of state Route 99. According to the Washington State Department of Transportation, the fire is burning near the north end of the First Avenue Bridge and East Marginal Way. Vehicles on the bridge were seen turning around around 5 p.m. Oncoming traffic is being diverted to the Michigan Street exit, according to WSDOT.
